Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
Protecting your privacy is really important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we receive through our websites and applications (our "Services"). It applies to all apps and websites published by Awesome Labs, LLC. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. Unless we define a term here, all capitalized words have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service, so please make sure you have read and understand our Terms of Service.
Revisions to this Privacy Policy
Any information collected via our Services is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time it is collected. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting them on the Services or by other notification, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above to indicate when those changes become effective.
Collection and Use of Information
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services, and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate them. The specific information we collect varies by app, and many of our apps work entirely on your device without an account. We collect only the information described below that is relevant to the app you are using.
Account Information
Some of our Services let you create an account. If you do, we collect information that can be used to identify you, such as your email address ("PII"). If you create an account using a third-party sign-in (for example, a social or platform account), we may access and collect the name and other PII that your privacy settings on that account permit us to access. Many of our apps do not require an account and do not collect PII at all.
Types of Information Collected
Depending on the app, we may collect:
- Content and settings you create or enter within the app.
- Email address, if you create an account or contact us.
- Device information such as device identifier, operating system, app version, and app settings.
- Usage and diagnostic information, such as features used, crash and performance data, and the dates and times of use.
- IP address, browser type, and operating system when you visit our websites.
- Any additional information you choose to provide to us directly, for example when you contact support or submit feedback.
Information Collected Using Cookies and Other Web Technologies
On our websites, like many operators, we use automated tools such as cookies and web beacons. "Cookies" are small text files placed on your device by a web server when you access our Services. We may use session and persistent cookies to understand how and when our Services are used and to improve them. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to refuse cookies or to prompt you before accepting them. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all features of the Services. Some third-party service providers we engage may also place their own cookies on your device; this Privacy Policy covers only our use of cookies. Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies for advertising.
Information Related to Use of the Services
Our servers and service providers may automatically record certain information about how our Services are used ("Log Data"), which may include IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, the features used, and the time spent using them. We use Log Data to operate, secure, improve, and customize the Services, and to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used.
Location Information
Some Services may collect approximate location, such as by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation, to help operate and improve the Services. We do not collect precise device location unless an app specifically requires it and you grant permission, which you can disable at any time in your device settings.
Information Shared with Apple Health, Health Connect, and Similar Systems
Certain of our apps can, at your direction, save information to or read information from health platforms such as Apple Health (HealthKit) or Android Health Connect. Before you enable this, you should review the applicable privacy policy of that platform, since information you instruct us to share becomes subject to those policies (Apple's policy is available here; Google's is available here).
- We do not use or disclose to third parties any data gained through HealthKit or Health Connect for advertising, data mining, or similar purposes.
- We do not sell any of your information, including information from HealthKit or Health Connect, to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
- We do not use information obtained through HealthKit or Health Connect for any purpose other than providing the health and fitness features of the app you are using.
- Health data written by our apps is stored on your device and within the health platform you enabled; you can view and delete it in that platform at any time.
Information That We Share With Third Parties
Service Providers
We may engage third-party service providers to help us operate and provide the Services (for example, app store billing, analytics, and crash reporting). These providers have access to information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
Aggregated and Non-Identifying Information
We may share aggregated and non-identifying information with third parties for analysis and to understand and improve how our Services are used.
Business Transactions
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor the commitments in this Privacy Policy or notify you of any material change.
For Legal Reasons and Protection
We may disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties when we, in our reasonable discretion, believe it necessary or appropriate to respond to legal process, to protect the rights, property, and safety of Awesome Labs, our users, or the public, or to prevent illegal or harmful activity.
Modifying Your Information
If your app uses an account, you can access and modify the PII associated with it in the app's settings, or by contacting us at hello@isjustawesome.com. To request deletion of your PII and your account, contact us at hello@isjustawesome.com. For apps that store information only on your device, you can remove that information by deleting the app or clearing its data.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or to anonymize it so it can no longer be associated with you.
For many of our apps, including our breathing and wellness apps, the information you create, such as your settings, saved programs, and session history, is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or retained on our servers. This information remains for as long as the app is installed and is removed when you delete the app or clear its data. Any data you choose to save to Apple Health or Health Connect is retained by those systems under their own policies and your device settings, and you can delete it there at any time.
Where you hold an account, you may request deletion of your personal information and account at any time by contacting us at hello@isjustawesome.com. We will delete your information within a reasonable period after your request, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it. Limited information may remain in routine backup copies for a short period before it is deleted.
Responding to Do Not Track Signals
Our Services do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers.
The Security of Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Where we transmit sensitive information, we use encryption such as SSL/TLS. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Links to Other Sites
Our Services may contain links to websites and services operated by third parties. Any information you provide to a third-party service is subject to that party's privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services, and we recommend you review their privacy policies.
International Transfer
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, or country, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we may transfer it to and process it in the United States.
Children and Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected PII from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
